Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.
This property requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for all reservations. If you expect to be late for your scheduled check-in time, please notify the property at least 1 hour prior to check-in. There will be no fee if you notify the property in advance.
A fee of GBP 30 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late arrival (over 15 minutes), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge a fee of GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Please inform Millharbour in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

即將接任台電董事長的經濟部次長楊偉甫 31 日將滿 65 歲，為符合國營事業董事長初任年齡不得超過 65 歲的規定，台電董事長人事案火速啟動，讓現任董事長朱文成提前1個月退休，明日召開台電臨時董事會完成法定程序後，隨即舉行交接典禮。
朱文成原任大同大學校長，專長為汽電共生、電業自由化、電力系統，5年前以空降身分成為台電公司總經理，去( 2016 )年升任董事長。下屬形容他，從不在會議上直接開罵，但點出問題癥結也絕不留情，要求以及交辦的事項必須到位，成功擄獲台電人的心。有員工形容，從來不覺得朱文成是空降來的，而他深具技術官僚的專業性，黨派色彩也不明顯，橫跨藍綠執政獲一致認同，已是「最成功空降的台電人」。
員工回憶與朱文成共事5年的點滴，或許是留美以及大學教授出身的背景，除非必要，絕不輕易在假日還在即時通訊軟體「 Line 」群組上交辦業務，打擾同仁休息時間，平日與下屬來往也毫無董座的架子，颱風天留守一定與值勤人員話家常，遇上颱風在中秋節攪局，也不忘採購月餅略為彌補同仁不能回家過節的遺憾。

基層員工形容朱文成，和藹可親、平易近人、非常幽默，搭配他的全白銀髮以及規模不小的肚腩，讓不少台電新鮮人將他形容為「肯德基爺爺」。
在台電打拚5年，不只年年供電驚險過關，也讓一度低迷的員工士氣重現生機。朱文成從就任總經理時提出將「努力服務求生存」，卸任前則驕傲的說出「 Power people are powerful 」，強調自己不是最好，但要做到最好，「功成身退」已經是朱文成退休的最佳寫照。
